COOLING PEPPERMINT & LAVENDER BODY MIST

 

 

 

 

 

What you need –

A glass bottle (I get a 50ml spray bottle from au.aromatools.com but you can find them on ebay or at packmyproduct.com
Lavender essential oil
Peppermint essential oil
Filtered Water

Instructions
Add 10 drops peppermint & 10 drops of lavender and fill with water, that’s it!
You can keep this in the fridge and use it to cool down on a hot day and if you’re a little sunburnt lavender is really really soothing!


BODY SCRUB

 

 

 

 

 

What you need

glass mason jar or jam jar (I get these from BIG W or Kmart)

3/4 cup coconut oil

1 cup raw/brown sugar OR epsom salts

10 – 20 drops of your favourite essential oil (I love spearmint for a fresh tingly feeling)

***grapefruit is great if you are wanting to target cellulite!

Method

Add your melted coconut oil, raw sugar and essential oils and mix!

What you need

glass dropper bottle

fractionated coconut oil

10 drops frankincense

10 drops lavender

***or balance blend or citrus bliss – the list is endless, best to choose something uplifting or calming though 😉 

METHOD

Fill your bottle with the drops of oils and then the fractionated coconut oil.


WILD ORANGE SPIKED BLISS BALLS

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

1.5 cups cashews

12 medjool dates

1/4 cup cacao

5 drops wild orange oil

Dessicated coconut (for rolling)

METHOD

Blitz all ingredients except the dessicated coconut in a food processor or thermomix for about 30 seconds or until well mixed.

Roll into balls

Sprinkle with dessicated coconut.

***You can pop these in some clear cellophane paper and put a little ribbon and voila, a thoughtful, edible, delicious gift.


So as you can see these gifts are so simple and easy to make and the kids can get involved making it so much more personal!
