Berry Bliss Breakie Smoothie

Blend the following in a smoothie for a minute or so depending on how strong your blender is:

1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 cup non dairy milk (I used coconut)
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp rice malt syrup (or maple syrup or honey)

*** if you want it to be gluten free or a bit lighter simply omit the oats
