Your Health Style According To The Zodiac

I have always loved astrology, numerology, spirituality & anything that even slightly resembles these things!

I am an Aries, my husband a Taurus (like David and Victoria Beckham we are – lol) and my son is a Cancerian.

Today let’s look at your health style according to your star sign…

As with everything in life, this should be taken with a grain of (himalayan) salt.

In other words it is all a bit of fun!

  • Fast paced exercise

  • You enjoy your meats so try to always go for grass fed & organic whenever possible.  
  • You tend to have a million things going on at once so meditation does not really come natural to Aries at all. Precisely because of this, Aries tend to greatly benefit from meditation so give it a try!

  • You like the finer things in life so try to not be too indulgent with decadent foods too often. Make sure your eating a balanced diet including lots of simple salads and vegies!
